The NFNC Social Rooms can comfortably hold 100 people seated at a sit down function.
There are 10 round tables and 100 chairs available – hirers are welcome to provide additional tables/chairs. Extra tables and chairs and any additional decorations are the responsibility of the hirer and must be removed after the function. Care must be taken not to damage walls/ceilings. Repair of any damage will be the responsibility of the hirer.

COST
Room Hire – $150.00 (room hire is free for all current members)
Cleaning cost (post function) - $150.00 (covers cleaning of rooms – clearing of leftover food and removal of decorations are the responsibility of the hirer)
Your selected date may not be available for room hire, Tayla will be in contact with you regarding confirmation of your booking.

Please note, start/finish times must comply with liquor licence conditions, as stated below
Please note, our venue is strictly no BYO by guests or hirer. No liquor is to be brought onto the premises.
Set up of the rooms is the responsibility of the hirer. A representative will open and close the rooms at a nominated time for this to take place. Set up day/night prior to the event will be dependent upon other bookings.
LIQUOR LICENCE
We only have a licence to supply alcohol as per the following days/times. These times must be adhered to.
For supply on the club premises and at a pre-booked function –
Monday to Wednesday Between 5pm and 10pm
Thursday Between 5pm and 11pm
Friday Between 5pm and 1am the following morning
Saturday Between 12 noon and 1am the following morning
Sunday Between 11am and 8pm
